a.  How much of a commission should the agent expect to receive for selling this house at full price?

  1. A. 6 percent of 208,000 dollars is 16,800 because 6/100 x 280,000 is 16,800 which is the commission of the expected house price.

Since the house only sales for 204,000 than the equation changes it niw becomes 6/100 x 204,000 which is 12,240which is also the amound of the acutal houses comission

  2. The commission price that the agent should receive is 16,800. I got this answer by multiplying( 6% x 280,000= 16,800.)

The commission price that the agent should receive since the house only sold for 205,000 is 12,300. I got this by multiplying( 6% x 205,000=12,300.)

  3. A. The agent will receive 16;800 because 6 percent times 208;000 is 16;800.
    6%×208;000=16;800

    B. The agent will 123,00 because 6 percent times 205,000 is 123,00.
    6%×205,000=123,00

So no matter what she still gets money form the sale.

  7. If the house sold for the original price of $208,000 she would make $12,840 in commission. If the house sold for $205,000 she would make $12,300 in commission. She still makes over $12,000 even when the house sells for $205,000.
