  2. Three ways that you can graph a line is:
    Slope intercept form ( y= mx+b).
    Given intercepts ( x intercept = 5, y intercept = 4 ).
    And Direct variations (y= ax)

    2. I agree with Amber. I'm used to using y=mx+b when graphing lines.

    3. I agree with Amber too. The slope intercept form, the given intercepts, and direct variations are 3 ways that can be used to graph a line. The slope intercept form seems to be the easiest for me out of the 3 Amber mention.

  3. One way is slope intercept form.
Another is you just graph it with the given intercepts.
The last way is with direct variations.
Personally I think slope intercept is the easiest but that may be just me. :)

  4. I agree with everyone. My favorite to use is direct variation. y=ax. It is easier for me to graph.

  5. I agree with everyone but my favorite got to be y=mx+b case i like it i don know why but it the most easy for don know about other people. Another way they give you the intercepts which is great but it not going to help you.

  6. I agree with everyone's answers. I like to use slope intercept form. that's what works for me.

  7. GOOD NEW QUESTION

What do you need to know to write a question in slope intercept form?

    1. For one thing you need to know what the y-intercept value is. You also need to know the value of the slope. To do all of this you need to know how to solve an equation and to get it in to slope intercept form. The slope intercept for is this... either y=mx+b or y=2x+9. This is also a good thing to know.

  8. One different method that you can use to graph a line is slope intercept form.
    Another graphing given intercepts.
The last way to graph a line is with direct variations.
the easiest way for me to graph a line is slope intercept form because it is simple.
I know I can find the equation by solving for b if I have a slope and point.

  9. You need to know the formula. You need to know m = slope. You need to know b=y intercept.

    1. I agree with Michael. You need to know the slope [m] and the y-intercept [b]. You also need to know the formula y=mx+b.

    2. I also agree. the only way to write it in slope intercept form is to at least know the slope and the y intercept.

    3. I Also Agree. You Need At least A Slope [M] And A Y-Intercept [B]. To Find The Slope-Intercept Form

  10. I agree too. If the slope(m) and the y-intercept(b) are both unknown you can not find the slope-intercept form. However,if you know one of those you can.

  11. I agree with everyone because the slope and the y intercept is not given right. You can't find it out. You need a slope and a y-intercept.
