Due 5/30 Week 7 and 8
Due 5/30
The sum of 3
consecutive even integers is 216.What are
the integers?
I agree with everyone who said that the integers are 71, 72, 73. 71+72 = 143+73 = 216 This week, we worked on steam and leaf plots, box and whisker, and measure of central tendency.
The three integers would be 71,72, and 73.
ReplyDelete2n + (2n+2) + (2n+4) = 216
ReplyDelete6n + 6 = 216
6n = 216 - 6
6n = 210
n = 35
2n = 70
So the consecutive integers would be
70, 72 and 74
The three integers are 71, 72, and 73
ReplyDelete71+72+73= 216
I agree that the three integers would be 71 ,72 & 73 because 71+72+73= 216
DeleteI agree With Sameer
ReplyDelete216/3=72
The even integers around are 70 and 74
72+70+72=216
I agree with everyone who said that the integers are 71, 72, 73.
